Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unilateral Cancellation and Delayed Refund

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Impex Store (Order #IXWS16788).
I placed a prepaid order for the Atom Glow BLDC Ceiling Fan with an official promotional discount. Shortly after receiving an automated WhatsApp confirmation stating that my order was dispatched and on its way, I received an email stating that the order had been canceled.
Canceling an order without proper justification is unacceptable, but the post-cancellation service has been even worse. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I have not received the refund of ₹1,909.60 even after several days. The support team continues to delay the process and has failed to provide a valid bank reference number (ARN/UTR) to track the transaction.
The conflicting communications, lack of operational transparency, and delayed refund process demonstrate poor customer support and reliability. I urge the management to resolve this issue immediately and process the refund without further delay.

Good product

Good product. but service number no response . No one picks up the service number when I call, no one answers my questions.

Faster delivery, good quality product

Faster delivery, good quality product, nice intact packing...all components received, nothing missed out issues...I have installed all 3 fans bought...all are working fine...need to check work reliability during warranty period...otherwise I am fully satisfied...5 Star rating...thanks...

Low power consumption.. Gud

I bought this mainly for low power consumption and it performs exactly as expected. Strong airflow and stable speed even during voltage fluctuations.

Premium appearance,,, I like it

Good build quality and premium appearance. Speed control is excellent and the fan consumes much less electricity than normal fans. Great value for money.
