Return, Replacement & Refunds

please follow the instructions below to process your order cancellations, returns and refunds 

A> Order Cancellation:

1. Email your ‘order number’, and ‘date of order’ to our email; use subject line as ‘CancelPO’

2. To place order cancellation request, email us within 12-hours of placing the order.

3. Only Full cancellation for the order is allowed. Partial Order Cancellation is not possible.

4. When your order is cancelled, you will receive order cancellation confirmation from our side, and your order status will also show order cancelled.

5. Note that once the order is shipped out, it is not possible to cancel the order. You must in that case receive the product, and file for a return and refund request.

B> Initiate Returns:

1. Email your ‘order number’, and ‘date of order’ to our email; use subject line as ‘ReturnPO’

2. Please note that we provide return only for products bought from our online store only.

3. In case, product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to us for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

4. We accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The product should remain in unused condition. For defective or damaged goods, we will send you a new replacement unit as immediately after we receive the return package.

5. The return should be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date with original packaging. The product should remain in unused condition.

6. If returning for any other reasons, do indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the note together with the item in a secure package.

7. You will receive a return label on email, along with a pickup AWB number. Put the return label (received on email) onto the secure package (with all item accessories including warranty card). It will then be picked-up by our logistics courier personnel. Do not miss / delay the pickup as scheduled. 


C> Order Refunds:

1. Refunds are processed only after the return item is physically received at our warehouse. Every returned item is checked for package fullness, return reason and accepted accordingly. 

2. Refunds will be processed only for accepted returns.

3. Refunds will be processed by issuing equivalent value gift-cards to the user

D> Repair / Warranty issues

1. In case of any kind of malfunctioning or defect in product, customer need to register complaint for the product.

2. Our service team will advise then next steps towards repairing the item.

3. In certain cases, item will need to be taken to the nearest Impex Service Centre for assessment and resolution.
