Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Please follow the instructions below to process your order cancellations, returns and refunds.
A. Order Cancellation
- Email your order number and date of order to impexstore@kcmtechnologies.com with the subject line: CancelPO
- Request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Full order cancellations only. Partial cancellations are not allowed.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is cancelled. The status will reflect as "Order Cancelled".
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to initiate a return instead.
B. Initiate Returns
- Email your order number and date of order to impexstore@kcmtechnologies.com with the subject line: ReturnPO
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased from impexstore.com.
- If you receive a physically damaged item, send photos within 24 hours of delivery.
- We accept returns for defective/damaged items only if they are unused and returned in original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- In case of return for other reasons, include a short note stating your reason inside the return package.
- We will email you a return label and pickup AWB number. Affix the label to the package, and ensure it includes all accessories and warranty card.
- Ensure availability at pickup time to avoid delay.
C. Order Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.
- Only approved returns will be refunded.
- Refunds are issued in the form of equivalent value gift cards.

D. Repair / Warranty Issues
- For product issues or malfunction, register a complaint by calling our support line.
- Our service team will guide you on the repair process.
- In some cases, you may need to visit the nearest Impex Service Centre.
