#1 French fries


  • 4 large potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Optional: seasoning like paprika, garlic powder, or herbs


  1. Prep Potatoes: Peel and cut potatoes into thin, even sticks. Rinse in cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. Soak: Soak the potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) to make them crispier.
  3. Dry: Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  4. Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 325°F (163°C).
  5. First Fry: Fry the potatoes in batches for about 3-4 minutes until they are just beginning to cook but not brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Second Fry: Increase oil temperature to 375°F (190°C). Fry the potatoes again in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Season: Immediately sprinkle with salt (and any other desired seasonings) while the fries are still hot.
  8. Serve: Enjoy your homemade French fries hot with your favorite dipping sauce!

#2 Whole chicken Fry

Air Fryer Whole Chicken


  • 1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano


  1. Prep Chicken: Remove giblets, pat dry.
  2. Season: Rub with olive oil and mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and oregano.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: 360°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook: Place chicken breast-side down, cook 30 minutes. Flip, cook another 25-30 minutes until internal temp is 200
  5. Rest & Serve: Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

#3 Chatpate Kurkure Bhindi


  • 250 grams bhindi (okra), washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Prep Bhindi: Cut bhindi into thin strips.
  2. Mix Coating: In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. Coat Bhindi: Add bhindi strips to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Add lemon juice and mix again.
  4. Fry Bhindi: Fry bhindi in batches in air fryer with 120 Heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala. Serve hot.

#4 Tender Chicken


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Prepare Chicken:

    • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. Season Chicken:

    • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
    • Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook Chicken:

    • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken breasts over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest and Serve:

    • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
    • Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
