#1 French fries
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- Salt, to taste
- Oil for frying
- Optional: seasoning like paprika, garlic powder, or herbs
Instructions:

Prep Potatoes: Peel and cut potatoes into thin, even sticks. Rinse in cold water to remove excess starch.

Soak: Soak the potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight) to make them crispier.

Dry: Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 325°F (163°C).

First Fry: Fry the potatoes in batches for about 3-4 minutes until they are just beginning to cook but not brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Second Fry: Increase oil temperature to 375°F (190°C). Fry the potatoes again in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Season: Immediately sprinkle with salt (and any other desired seasonings) while the fries are still hot.

#2 Whole chicken Fry
Air Fryer Whole Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:

Prep Chicken: Remove giblets, pat dry.

Season: Rub with olive oil and mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and oregano.

Preheat Air Fryer: 360°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.

Cook: Place chicken breast-side down, cook 30 minutes. Flip, cook another 25-30 minutes until internal temp is 200
-
Rest & Serve: Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

#3 Chatpate Kurkure Bhindi
Ingredients:
- 250 grams bhindi (okra), washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prep Bhindi: Cut bhindi into thin strips.

Mix Coating: In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Coat Bhindi: Add bhindi strips to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the spice mixture. Add lemon juice and mix again.

Fry Bhindi: Fry bhindi in batches in air fryer with 120 Heat for 10 minutes.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and a sprinkle of chaat masala. Serve hot.

#4 Tender Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Prepare Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Season Chicken:
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated.

Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook Chicken:
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken breasts over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
