Chennai: Consumer electronics and home appliances brand Impex announced the launch of its new series of QLED Google TVs powered by the latest Google Android 14 OS at the Green Park Hotel, Chennai, on Nov 5th, 2024. The event also marked the beginning of Impex's new partnership with Sathya Agencies, a leading retail chain for electronics and consumer durables, with over 300 outlets across South India.

Launched first time by an Indian multinational brand, the official version of the Google Android 14 powered QLED Televisions of Impex comes with impressive AI personalization features, improved privacy controls, enhanced data protection & enhanced voice assistant. The Impex QLED televisions are also equipped with enhanced features such as Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC and MEMC technologies which give improved Gaming performance & immersive TV viewing experience. Company officials announced that the android 14 models are already available for sale in 32” ~ 75” sizes in UHD models & from 43” ~75” in QLED range of TVs at all major stores of Sathya Agencies.
Besides the 120Hz refresh rate, the Impex Android 14 QLED TVs offers ALLM and HDMI DSC features for a more immersive gaming experience. Targeting the premium segment, Impex plans to release a Quantum Dot Mini LED series in the third quarter of this year. This series, which will be available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes, will feature a 144Hz refresh rate, an in-built soundbar, and hands-free voice control.
Impex is the third-highest-selling television brand in Kerala as per GfK report.
